The Service is aimed at anyone who wishes to obtain a qualified and reliable answer to a question relating to immigration, international protection, and citizenship.
Please note: It does not cover requests for accelerated processing of pending cases with the public administration.
Procedure and cost of the service
The Customer enters his/her data and requests in the form; after evaluating the request, the Service sends an e-mail accepting the request and an estimate of the cost. Once payment has been received, the Service will send a reply within three to six days, depending on the complexity of the request.
